br Black amp Grey is hiring for a High End Luxury Boutique Jeweler in the UAE Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager to execute sales and put the company on the map by contributing to a larger initiative designed to help it do more business br - Possessing great ability and capability to move in elite social groups and promote our brand in the right circles br - Expected to develop a new database of potential customer s br - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team br - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence br - Own recruiting objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives br - Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs br - Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team br - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status br Requirements br - Minimum 2-3 years experience either in Luxury Art hospitality jewelry of fashion related industry br - Must be able to run the showroom independently using initiatives as required br - Must be fluent in English Arabic is a plus br - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager - consistently meeting or exceeding targets br - Committed to continuous education through workshops seminars and conferences br - Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization br - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close br - Strong business sense and industry expertise br - Excellent mentoring coaching and people management skills br Benefits br Attractive salary Benefits br
